X11 cursors on OSX?

Is it possible to use or convert these cursors? I used them on Linux, but I think they would look even better on OSX. http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php/S...3D?content=5533

Or even better, the 0.3 release where the pointer spins all the time. Should be seen in action.
