i was wondering wat are these icons on the top right hand side of d desktop & the one at the left hand side...n wat abt the the dock at d upper top ..i mean i jus cant get it...what are those things??

are they related to avedesk ???

m done searching details abt it everywhere on net

If you're asking if the icons at the top right is AveDesk, there's no problem in recreating a setup like that with AveDesk desklets.

The Dock at the top looks like Stardock ObjectDock
