Looking for PS 'pro'

Looking for a photoshop pro..or a very good artist.

From what I understand, you want a website based around a similar theme, but not copying it exactly? Or do you want to purchase the template, and have someone create a website from the template?

I am wanting a design similar to that. Not a copy, but just that 'style'. I actually found someone to work on this. And they are doing a pretty good job at it to. But I do have other things that I need done to. Like a logo, and icon set.
