vista/mac .MSStyle

i want to make a mix of a may and a vista theme but i dont know how

i only want to change the top of the window of my actually mac theme to the vista one

here is a picture so u can easier understand what i mean :

can somebody do this for me because i dont know how to do this

i also try it with the programm reshack (i only replace the bitmap files):

but it looks really terrible

so if somebody want to do it her is my mac theme and the vista : >>LINK<<

or if nobody want to do it^^ please give me a tutorial for making this
