Comctl32.dll Bitmaps

Does someone have the bitmaps for the upper right icons in open/save dialogs, the ones that go on comctl32.dll?

I've searched a lot, but all the links are dead.

As I recall, that file was notoriously difficult to ResHack. It kept causing crashing problems.

Are you sure you still want it? I may be able to extract a copy from an older version of Flyakite...
