App to shade the desk

Hi everyone.

Since it has been a long times since ppl started trying te make windows to look like a mac, i was looking for a program that can shade everything except the working window. Not just drop a shadow, but cover everything that is below with black solid and adjust transparency to it. My question does anybody know a program that can do the trick? Maybe i was looking for it badly. Don't know.

Jedi Concentrate, Drop Cloth...eh, there's others. These are for Windows...there are heaps more for Mac OS X...

For Jedi Concentrate the link is www.anappaday.com/downloads/2006/09/day-10-jedi-concentrate.html ...at least that's what I remember it being off the top of my head. Drop Cloth is a Lifehacker application. Check over there for it.
