No logon screen

my computer is running with domain. is there a way to use a welcome screen? apparently my computer does not have the "change the way users login and logoff" function.

any help?

edit: er.. i have 2 users.. so auto login will not work.

any solution? thanks!

I don't think domain -users can use the welcome screen, but I'm not sure about that.

You're correct NC.

If the PC is part of a domain, the Welcome screen is disabled.

There is a local security policy hack that could enable it, but I'm sure the domain policy would over ride it after the first login.

If you have admin access, go to Start, Programs, Administrative Tools, Local Security Policy

Then in the policy editor, go to Security Settings/Local Policies/Security Options and enable the following policy:

Interactive Logon: Do not require CTRL+ALT+DEL

it's worth a shot, but no guarantees it will work.
