Great start, I'd suggest making the dark outline thinner, and not extra thick on the bottom. Then, make the curve follow the pattern in Leopard (although the different patterns are also pretty cool), and it would be just about perfect!
I really tried to imatate the screen shots on apples website. If you look closely at the pictures, you will notice that the bottom line is atleast 3 pixels thick when scaled, which is thick.
I'm not an expert, but that black shadow around the background is too strong (read black)!! Way to strong!! I think you need to scale it a little bit down.
yea it is a little bit too thick i will fix that later
