As far as we know, Safari on Windows is unskinnable. You're stuck with the minimize/maximize/close buttons arranged in Windows fashion. Sorry.
iTunes was also considered unskinnable in the same way. So couldn't a similar "multi-plugin" be coded for this, as for iTunes.

its possible, although lets not forget, safari 3 has (little?) no support for plugins as iTunes and earlier versions of safari do.
I think I got a solution, been working on it for a few days now, almost done....updates soon
Can you post some...screenshots? It'd would be amazing to have that. Though not as amazing as having Opera.
