I don't mind the tables at all. It's a tried-and-tested method of web development. If you're just starting out, it's a good way to go. One thing on your website that I love is how you've got the seemingly random taped on images in the wallpaper section. I think it'd look cool (since the tape is different each time), if you angled each image a bit, so they'd look a bit more randomly stuck on the page. I see you did that on the web design page, so it'd be nice to see it cross over. The images are a bit large on the icons page. I'd shrink their filesize down a bit (their dimensions are fine). Even though I'm on high-speed, I still like to have pages load super quickly.
My 2 biggest complaints concern the buttons on the top. Well, OK... 3 complaints that concern them.
1. The background colours of the buttons are different to that of the page. I don't know whether that was intentional or not, but it looks a bit like an accident.
2. The pictures are all different heights, so they look disorganized and poorly sliced. All you need to do is fix the slicing to solve this issue.
3. The loading time for the images detracts a bit from the illusion of a rollover. Fix problem #2, then PM me, and I'll show you how you can do it with a single image for each rollover.
Good work!
