iTunes C++ error

I get an error when I run iTunes. So I reinstalled it but I still get this error

well, i had itunes 7 wiht multi plugin, and I installed Itunes plus 7.2 and now its fine... for now

whats even weirder is that i went back and reinstalled itunes 7 (what i had before) and it worked! I can't explain it.. probably just microsoft :slant:

I have this error too, but I cant get rid of it. I have un installed itunes, quicktime, everything I can find itunes related (except the itunes files not associated with the prog) cleaned the registry and restarted. Still knackered. HELP ME P{lease :-) all suggestions gratefully received.

Yes that works. Download the new iTunes from apple.com. Install it. That makes itunes work properly but this version doesnt allow you to install multi-plugin. So then from your Control panel uninstall the itunes you just installed. Go back to version 7.02 of itunes and install multiplug in. Sorted.

Same thing happened to me immediately after downloading Safari for Windows. Deleted Safari, reinstalled iTunes + Multi Plugin and all's well.
