Ekisho Icon Packager?

I know I had this for Icon Packager but I totally misplaced it. Can some one please hook me up with the set? Thanks,

The icons weren't the original Ekisho ones that were released. These have to be edited some how because the ' My Computer ' hard drive icons don't match up to the originals.
