Looks like Vista and Tiger had a baby, and all of vista's uglyness was dominant.

See, the reason why I believe that the Vista-like themes are ugly, is because they don't capture the actual "blur" effect from the title bar. I mean this one has it, but most of them don't.

This theme needs to be touched around the edges, it look as though whoever created this theme got really impatient when doing the Start Menu.

But, I will say that any aspiring theme makers out there should take a look at this theme to get some creative juices flowing.
