Foobar passthrough does not work in iTunes 7

i've been using this plugin for itunes since one of it's very first iterations back with version 6 of itunes. i don't understand what happened to the foobar 2000 passthrough support. it is completely plagued with problems now, i've spent the past *two* days trying all sorts of different scenarios and versions, tried version 7 all the way up to the latest that is still compatible with the latest multiplugin and NONE OF THEM will play through itunes with kernel streaming enabled in foobar, yet it plays PERFECTLY in foobar.

i've seen countless posts on this same issue with people berating other users of this forum for not reading other's posts or not doing a simple search beforehand. well, i've done all that, just like the rest of the users in here complaining that it doesn't work because in fact, it does NOT work.

any of you who actually do have multi plugin working on a version of tunes atleast 7.0 if not higher, and you ARE using passthrough support to foobar with kernel streaming enabled, consider yourselves extremely lucky because this plugin has become more and more broken as the newer versions have been released.

my only option is to go back to using itunes without the plugin since it's unable to work properly at all.

it's really sad to see such a good app go to waste nowadays :/

if anyone has any suggestions i'm willing to read them but i'm sure it's already been said somewhere on this forum and if it has, i've tried it.

localhost has yet to update Multi-Plugin for the newer versions of iTunes. Be patient because when he releases updates, they rock. He's only one man developing it alone, be patient! :-)

i didn't mean to sound like a total prick in my first post, i was just severely frustrated cuz i feel like i NEED kernel streaming. i decided to just use itunes for now without kernel streaming until a new update comes out that works with atleast one of the versions of itunes available online.

i was even going to go back to itunes6 yesterday but couldn't find the earlier version of multiplugin (i think v2.2). anyway, i can only be patient like you say and like the rest of the users are doing on here.
