Problem With Iconpackager

Does anyone else have a problem with updating their icons using icon packager. Dont get me wrong its a great icon changing program,(thats why im using it) but alot of times when I update the icons it doesnt update all of them. Is there any way to fix this. Thanks.

I still got one tiny problem. Has anyone else ever had any issues with the zip file icon; any issues in particular? I have been having major trouble getting my zip file icons to change. All my other icons are fine. Actually I have and can change my zip file icon, but then I don't get the right click extract all function. What happens is when I have the file open with itself, it changes to the zip file icon I want. But when I set it to open with the compressed zip file it changes back to the windows default icon, regardless of what I do. Has anyone else had this problem? I hope so, 'cause I don't know how to get out of this one.
