How do I get explorer to look like this?

You see how the icons are on that kind of toolbar on the left of the explorer window and the large icons? How would I get explorer to look like that on my computer? Thanks!

But yeah, the answer is just FindeXer really, with bigger icons. If you're wondering about the icons inside the explorer window, they are at size 128x128

Styler toolbar>Desktop>Icon Size>Drag to the left.

Thats how I do it.
