Some stuff for AveDesk

Hi,

I'd love adding two things to avedesk:

1.

A better selection box with a inner margin. There is an older thread aboud this but with no solution

I tried to do this by myself. But the effect is saved in a *.dll file and I can't manipulate it. I've also searched in the "application data"-folder but found nothing. The only way to make this margin I know is to edit the desklet icon and give it more blank space on the outsides.

But i want a nicer way Can someone make a new effect or explain how to to make one to me?

Or does it already exist? I've searched the forums... nothing found

I'm using the desktop grabber module to convert new icons on the desktop to desklets. So, if I drag something to the desktop it makes me a desklet but the sublabel always have the name of the folder or file like the main label. I want to have the size of all files in a folder (%s %r) and the size of a seperate file (%1) automaticly displayed when I drag a folder or file on the desktop. The desktop grabber module is also a dll-thing like above.

So I can't do it by myself and same questions like above.

Any sugestions?

Avedesk is no longer in development (as much as we know).

For number two, there are default options for new desklets. I don't remember where these can be chosen, but look under "File" in the AveDesk control panel. If you change the sublabel options, then you can have whatever you want by default.

thx for your answer, but I already knew that There are only three things in the dialog for the new desklets (apperance, label and extended (german for "erweitert")). Label Fomat, Icon and Shortcut are missing. Label Format is what I need...
