Icon Editor Application

which is the best application for edit & also be able to convert multiple formats for MACINTOSH?

i'm wondering if there's any other good for Mac but i try this on a Mac anyway. I downloaded the zip how do i install it?

Edit: After checking system requirement, i though it's also for Mac? it's for windows users only isn't it?

i was looking for an application for Macintosh, iconworkshop is for windows but anyway, i got it around working fine now...thanks
