Lightbox Contact Form

Hello again, back with another predicament that I'm baffled as to how to figure out.

I currently have lightbox implemented into my site to preview images. However I'd like to have a link that opens a lightbox contact form to send me an email. I've used a form on previous websites in the past that include a php script to make it work, however I have no idea how I'd implement it into a lightbox popup window.
