I would like to request for an icon manager program like Pixadex. Seeing alilm's Image Preview and Felix, I'm sure it could be done. So how about it?

Yeah, that is an awesome little app. I'm not sure how it could be made for windows though as we have no real standard icon pack thing like there seems to be on the Mac, especially as much of what we use is ported from the Mac in a multitude of forms. ico, icl, ip, rar, zip.
What we really need is a hqx/sit reader that can transparently decompress and extract the Mac icon sets as they are laid out in the Mac's themselves. Preferably integrated into a pixadex-like clone. You drag the Mac icon set into it and it does all the rest for you.
I doubt it'll happen though, way too much code to be practical as a spare time project. I'd be happy to settle for a browser similar to pixadex though if anyone was up to it.
Both of these suggestions are excellent. I would love to see either of these for WinXP.
I'd like to see a Pixadex clone also with the possibility to export to PNG
