It's not a skin, it's a webpage all to itself. You have to save the sources, and make the HTML on your computer your homepage.

To change the official page, just save it and change the images and whatnot. There's no CSS, so it's very easy to change on your own. If you know just a bit of HTML, it should be a breeze.

i think ellada's post was overlooked too much, it really is a better webpage as new. Because of firefox's google notifier, i'm always signed in and it always appears to me. Here's the direct link:

naturally, my homepage however, is always going to be:

If you enable cookies for the igoogle site you won't have to log in every time. Just once every few weeks like gmail.

Thank you everybody for your comments, I'm glad you liked the "pretty Google".

However, some of the links connected to the page are now dead, most noticeably the code that enables the pop-up animations when hovering over some of the links.

In order to keep this thing alive (however more for my own personal gain, I want that homepage!) I went to http://google.co.kr, saved the html, 3 images, 2 javascript and css file associated with it, and edited it all with Notepad to run on your computer.

The best part: the page has been translated, changed around to stay more true to http://google.com, and the links now point to English pages.
