Bios Updates

Does anyone out there know where to find Award bios updates, and detailed instructions on how to actually install them? My bios drivers are dated 2001, and I assume I really should update them.

I appreciate any help that I may get.

go to the website of your motherboard manifacture. Updating BIOS isnt vital though, many times no updates are nesecary.

No, you only update them if you need to add a processor that wasn't origionally supported. Its not something you just update on a regualr basis.

Because if you do it wrong, you brake your motherboard.

But just search "Award BIOS" and you should find the site.

Not sure if this helps at all but AwardBIOS was actually baught out by PhoenixBIOS so if you want support and updates, it may be a good idea to visit Phoenix's website.
