Making A More Real Os-x Theme For Gnome

anybody know how i could change around the buttons(close minimize and max) so they are like os x's ? as in moving them to the left side of the titlebar.

i have read a few things on editing the xml but that was a bit confusing, so i was wondering if anybody knows where/how to make/get a more true to the os x theme.

the theme is Aqua for nautilus.

I am working in a gnome aqua theme (gtk2/metacity), right now I am looking for the graphics, my intention is to "port" Iceman's brushed blue. I'll get in contact with him and maybe he has the graphics laying around
