I was looking through some desktops screen shots and i ask some of the creators but they never told me what they were using to get this explorer view .
You can see My Pc , Documents etc.. aligned on the right of the window like Macs do. somebody know how to get this?

First of all, theres two file browsers open, the one on the left is windows explorer with some mods... the one on the right is a third party program called foobar, used to sort/play manage media.
I assuming you mean the window on the left.

umm, don't you mean aligned to the left???
This program is called findexer.
it incorporates into explorer, can be run at startup and is customisable. It looks as though he has set it not to display text, only the icons he has chosen.
search and you will find the rest.
As for the rest of the explorer window- he has moved things around such as the buttons, he has skinned them too (y'z toolbar?) to make it look more mac like.
