Removing toolbar icon

hey guys im sure this has been asked before, i searched Virtual Plastic, but i cant seem to get a straight answer. Is it possible to remove the toolbar icon on the left?

Ah thats actually the caption bar icon or title bar some call it. I don't think its possible with msstyles, most likely can be done with a WindowsBlinds skin.
