Theirs a million personal sites out their on the w3 that offer truly amazing skilled and telented peices of work.. my site hardly matches up seeing I'm an amature, but Ive put alot of work into it, and alot more work into the wallpapers Ive released on it. Please visit my site and leave an anonymous comment or post your thoughts here. I havent gotten any feedback yet, and in the past week I've gotten over 9000 hits, Please please please throw some comments my way;

Not too bad, especially for a first timer.

A couple of general tips, without looking at the source code:

1. Spelling: I'd definitely run your website through a spell-checker. If you want to look professional, near-perfect spelling is key. Example:

Cold Turkey by John Lennon was my favourite song I was blown away when I first lessoned to it. So last year when I first signed up for Aqua-Soft I needed a name… cold turkey was on.. hence; cold turkey.

If I ran that through a spelling/grammar checker, and corrected it, this is what it should say:

Cold Turkey by John Lennon was my favourite song. I was blown away when I first listened to it. So last year when I first signed up for Aqua-Soft, I needed a name… cold turkey was on.. hence: cold turkey.

I don't want to sound like a grammar/spelling nazi, but in the name of professionalism, spelling is key.

2. From a design standpoint, the site is pretty cool. However, around the top, I think you should get rid of the big, black border around the top. I'd extend the grey gradient all the way up.

Thanks for the input man, it means alot, spellings been an issue with my for a long time, I do run everything though office'07 but I gusse it's not targeting out my (for lack of a better word) dumbness. What do you use? ... or windows equivalent of?

The latest Firefox has a built in spell checker. If you don't have it already, pick your language from this page.

I just get my dictionary. A paper copy, too. I believe that's both Mac/PC compatible Mostly, it's just my own knowledge. Proper spelling and grammar has always been a high priority for anything I write.
