My family site

I just thought I'd let you guys see what I've been doing over the past few weeks.

This is my new site, www.thesteens.co.uk

It's a family site but I am open to comments and suggestions.

You will have to remember that as a of a 6 weeks ago I'd never done anything like this before or even attempted to build a site or even looked at html & CSS etc, it's been a very steep learning curve and I'm still learning something every day.

Not all the links work, but I have managed to install a coppermine gallery.

Hope you like what I've done so far, and I hope to improve it over the coming weeks and months.

Good luck...it takes time to get better .

Just a note that one tends to avoid names with spaces in them because they're difficult to give links to. For example, http://www.thesteens.co.uk/about%20us.html. I would change that space to an underscore.

Also, there's a visual bug at the bottom of the index page...a lot of extra, unused space.

Nice to see people venturing into unknown territories for them!

that doesn't make any sense since everyone knows everything about actors and presidents. what I mean was I wouldn't put up that kind of stuff, I never suggested someone was gonna kidnap his kids lol
