I made a utorrent icon myself in PS, but i dunno how to convert it in the .ico format . can any body please help me.

And can i see your icons for utorrent .

ANd mainly how do i change the current icons for utorrent

if you send me a jpg i could convert it to .ico if you want. or you could save it as a png from photoshop then convert it to .ico using avedesk or something.
