Vista Sidebar Gadgets

Hi guys,

Is there any sidebar gadget that monitors bandwidth ( Both Upload and Download ). I had a software in xp name Bandwidth Monitor Pro. I thought if i could make use of side bar why use the software and increase resource load. So if any body finds it please shoot a link here.
