I have a Vaio FS645P/H and I am running Windows Vista Home Premium. Since I installed Vista I haven't had sound on my laptop, and I haven't been able to control the brightness of the screen either..
Does anyone know what I have to do, or what drivers I need to download?

Another problem is you have an nVidia graphics chipset. Not fully supported by Vista yet.
You can blame nVidia for that screw up.
I don't really have a problem with graphics or anything, sound is the only thing that's really bugging me, and the brightness I miss a little...
I can't seem to find what sound driver I need though... Nothing seems recent enough to be for vista, and one thing I tried did nothing.
Edit: Yay! I fixed sound! I am really happy, I had to run a program another time using recommended settings from Vista, and now my laptop has sound!
Anyone know what driver I'd need to be able to control my brightness again?
