I remember Pandion. It was quite nice, but also fairly light on features. It looks like it hasn't been updated in a while either, so it's probably not rich enough for you.

You can get the same features with Miranda, and it's updated more often, and it's got WAY better styles then that ..

Yeah, I know, I've tried Miranda like three times and it's proved too complicated for me to customize before...

BUT!

I ditched Pandion as NC predicted and gave it one more go... All that's left to do is get some sounds and smilies... Weather, pop-ups, skins, etc. is already there
