This Simple Clock Config...or maybe one like it

I just started using Sysstats and Simple Clock and I saw this requested mod of it posted in the Avedesk forum. I was wondering if anyone has it or one close to it, because I've been trying to change it myself using the help file, but I haven't had any luck.
