Just stress testing the system with a bunch of multimedia apps:

ZoomPlayer Pro 3.10.1 - with a hacked up iFix QuickTime skin, a nicer one is forthcoming, playing back a DivX/MP4 encoded TV show. Earth Final Conflict, one of my favorites.

iTunes Remote controlling QCD Player - playing some high bitrate encoded MP3. Public Enemy - Revolverlution.

RealOne Player - Playing back a 32kbps audio stream. KCRW was one of my favorite radio stations when I lived in Los Angeles. I miss it!

Apple QuickTime Player-Windows - Playing back a Sorenson encoded QT Mov movie trailer. Terminator 3 - Rise Of The Machines. I Loved it!

Console 2.10 with PS from sysinternals.com keeping an eye on it all with a 5 second refresh rate.

The system did not choke at all!

Stress me out!

Finally moved from Brushed style...

This is a mod of KoL's excellent SSNormal theme, I've changed the overall colour and appearance of the theme (now much darker, with slight gradients - and more accurate fonts (no offence KoL )), the buttons / checkboxes / tabs etc remain the same (bar a few tweaks).

Also has compact start menu.

make this based on Mac desktop post I saw somewhere.

XP Theme is Kol's Panther blue with

WinFX,Milk Y'Z toolbar ,ObjectDock,and misc icons.

Apps are xAbout and iShut

with matching pics/backgrounds.
