Styler not starting

Hi all,

I just formatted my system and started installing all the programs again, after installing Styler and restarting windows it gave me this error.

Can somebody check his Styler folder for that file and if you have it send it to me and tell me where it was? My email is spongedor(at)gmail(dot)com.
