Activity Animation

When I receive a message in an IM chat, the minimised window bounces, but only very slightly.

How can I change the amount by which it bounces?

Also, is there a way to make *all* windows (not just minimised ones) appear in rk launcher (like they do in the normal windows taskbar)?
