exporting data from apple mail/address book/keychain

i'm getting ready to upgrade the hdd in my ibook. got hdd and screwdrivers all sitting next to me.

right now im just backing everything up before i start taking her apart.

i'd like to know how i export all my old email and address book contacts. keychain would also be helpful, but i know all my user/pw's anyway.

Use Carbon Copy Cloner, do a full clone of your old HD and then using the same App copy it back to the new HDD.
