Installing Graphics Card

nVIDIA AVG GeFORCE FX 5500 Series 256mb

Finally going to install it today. And like all my new hardware; Im running into problems.

Turned off the computer. Inserted the Card. Turned on computer... Black screen, (Monitor still pluged in old intergrated card). Moved Monitor to new Card. Black Screen.

Turned off computer. Pulled out card. PC Visible. Tryed installing driver; "Cant detect Driver".

Where in the BIOS do I turn off my intergrated and turn on the new AGP slot? I can't find anything.

My biggest fear is that I dont have enough power; but I know its more likly Im just missing somthing.

In my BIOS The only thing I could find was:

You forgot to mention what brand and model motherboard you have. Every bios is different

Unfortunately that didn't help much, I just need your motherboard brand and model, not the bios

EDIT: Lord, it's an OEM pc..I really hate those. But ok, have a look in the Advanced section (or similar) of the bios, and look for an entry labeled "onboard devices configuration". In there you should be able to enable or disable any onboard sound or graphics adapter.
