Changing FindeXer Frame Colour

is it possible to change the frame colour of FindeXer thin inlined frame?

No or not at this moment? It seems to me it may be possible through resource hacker but, I'm thinking since it is essentially using 'inbred" MS technology it's reliant on how the system appears.
