[request] A Software To Replace Folder Cache

Hi,

Folder Cache adds to windows a indispensable tool in macos:

But it's shareware! i search an alternative freeware version....

Anyway eels, I've been scouring the net looking for a freeware replacement as well. No luck though. There are many sharewares and that's all I've found. Beside the one you've mentioned there is QuickFolders and 'Access Folders' and a few others I haven't tried.

All are shareware I'm afraid though.

edit: for clarification, what the software does is provide easy access to a list of favorite folders via the open/save dialog which is listed when a button on the dialog is clicked. Well, that's the main function anyway.

i had a walkabout on this yestermonth. the best would be a very quick find box on these open/save dialogs like on the finder windows in macosx.
