Saving MS Office Dictionary

Over the years I've accumulated a huge urbanized dictionary through M$ Word of; slag, nicknames, code, file names, ect, and I'm reformatting my computer later this week. Is there anyway to go about saving the words that were added to the dictionary? I can't find much help on Google, and cant seem to find a 'dictionary' directory within the office files…

I know the answer to this--there is a dictionary file, and I think it's called "proof" or something (definitely in C:Documents and SettingsMSFanBoyApplication Data). I'm on a Mac now so I can't check immediately, but I'll try and get back to you later with an exact path.
