I am running ObjectDock Plus on Vista Home Premium. I unzipped the files in the 2.5 package (with objectdock closed) then restarted the program. When I right clicked and selected 'add' -> "New SysStats Docklet". Immediately, I get an error saying:
"ObjectDock has encountered a problem and needs to close". What is with this? How can I get this to work?
FWIW, this happened to me when the hook.dll file was accidentally deleted from the ObjectDock install directory. Can't remember now if it's part of OD or SysStats.

Vista UAC on? ObjectDock needs to be run with elevated priviledges or adding a Sysstat docklet crashes it. The only way I know to do this without it being irritating is remove it from Startup menu, and launch it with task scheduler on startup with elevated privs.
Test by closing objectdock and right click it's shortcut and select "run as administrator". if it works, then you can setup a task to get it running right at startup.
