firefox not loading images or video ?

this is really weird got my parents bought a new mac mini, moved all the user accounts over, and updated various programs such as firefox. under mine it works fine, but under my dads account firefox doesnt seem to load all images or be able view videos such as youtube. instead you just have a quicktime logo with a question mark. any ideas ?

re-install it, then install all of the plug-ins (Flash, Quicktime, etc.)

i tried re installing it to no avail, its just weird under one user account everything works but another its not fully functional.

I'm having the same trouble with QuickTime showing the "?" over a faded logo but on Windows XP with IE7. Here's a link to the thread...

However, it still isn't fixed.

1. This is not the best place to post it. Even though Firefox is a web browser, it is Firefox. IDK where this thread should go...

2. That's QuickTime. You may have to change something in the QuickTime Prefrences in System Prefs.
