Imo even for toolbar buttons they are too flat, they need more deph, a little bit more gradients, something to reduce the flatness, and some are way too detailed like the Documents icon, there is no need for all the extra stuff, like the lines over the red border of it.

That monitor icon looks excellent, I love it

I like flat looks... There too much 3d-ish icons here. So my vote - release it! And we can tell you more about that pretty icons ))
