Transparency in Vista Home Basic

I use Vista Home Basic, and I stumbled on a theme http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/53522768

that enabled transparency on only maximized windows. vsh1.jpg

So I want to know 3 things...

1. I noticed in the uifile part of shellstyle.dll there are some ignored statememts. What would I have to change to have that effect on non-maximized windows.

2. What programs other that reshacker can edit the shellstyle.dll and .msstyle files.

3. is there any program like skinstudio that supports Vista .msstyle yet?

Thank you all,

Jon West

hey guys i m using vista home premium, and i have a problem opposite to this in the default aero theme.

When i maximize my window the title bar become opaque black

and when it is not maximised, it is glassy translucent... Is there anything i can do to make the maximised window's title bar to behave normally as the others do?

Search/Google for a product called Vista Glass.

It makes maximized windows transparent as well.

It's still beta, but it works.
