CAD 1.0 final is almost ready.

This is a major beta release with a lot of news:

Skinnable lyrics viewer (lyrics.png)

ID3 (unsync) lyrics frame tag support

New mirror effect engine ("Control Panel>Effects")

New rotation feature ("Control Panel>Effects")

New transition based on image transparency

New floating and skinnable toolbar buttons that is shown on mouse over (toolbar.png)

Options for toolbar in Control Panel

New text tags to display time anywhere: %00:00% and %-00:00%

Notifier alike appearance style ("Control Panel>Options")

Removed some old and unecessary code for text position since CAD has pad top and left for all lines (all skins will need adjustments tho)

Minimize (Hide) on Stop for players that support stop status message

Vista tweaks (user folder for some procedures instead the application one; removed pin to desktop since Vista won't pin a layered form as XP does - there isn't a solution for that)

Round rectangle area for cover and its mirror ("Control Panel>Effects")

(*) Every step in the progress bar is a png (I did 21 images) but it's up to the skinner to decide how many pngs will be used. I did this way so even a circled or curved progress bar can be made. See skins in zip as a sample.

(**) CAD will be placed in the foreground when a new song is played; for now this feature will not work if CAD is pinned to the desktop.

(***) the default setting is unchecked so if you want the old way to handle ID3 cover tag just check the option

Note

- RC6 is required (install it first)

- In the zip you'll find the main executable, the "Case" skin with some extras and required files (including skin.ini updated), a "Round Cover" skin to see the new feature easily and the new iCAD2 by KSoft

- If you still don't know what to do wait for the 1.0 final that will include an installer because this build is for users who like to test beta software and know how to handle basic issues

- A skin can use a "casebackground.png" for the cover area (for a better transition) but it's optional. The default skin ("Case") use it by the way.

it says all system files missing

ex. "...casecase.png not found" please reinstall! it says this like five times then thats it shows a blank like pale white screen thats it

You should install RC6 first:

Then see the Readme.txt in order to make the new build work properly.

Finally, don't delete "Case" skin.

This latest version is greater than. Really appreciate all the hard work your putting into the project. Just one suggestion for the next version, any chance of adding the ability to add a shadow to the progress bar display?
