That same inability to ask the right question, reveals another one: Not knowing how to interpret the answers given. This leads to frustration, involving both parties: the one seeking help and the other genuinely trying to help. So in order to help people help themselves first before asking questions (instead of replying "Google is your friend" or "RTFM"), I post this link I came across today.
