Pulsing Effect

have you ever noticed that on Mac OS X, the buttons that are delfaulted selected pulse?

well, i have WindowBlinds, and i was wondering....how do i get that on Windows?!

its a really nice effect, and i think that my emu isnt complete without it.

Anything? Anybody?

its ok...for the most part. the pulsing effect is really good, now i just have to fine tune it. it looks a little shoddy, but im sure i can fix it one way or another
