[help]which Is The Best Icon Browser?

I`m curently using IconPackager`s but it sucks. Is there any good one where i can view icos and pngs in 128x128 (IP explorer alows only one by one view)

Try GConvert 3.8 - http://www.gdgsoft.com/gconvert/index.asp

Once installed, you can use it to view icons just by right-clicking on them and choosing "View icons with GConvert" from the menu. It can display all sizes of icons and also convert them from .ico format to other image formats.

Try the free program PicoNG Viewer. But you need the MS .NET framework installed.
