Apple unleashes Final Cut Studio 2, with Final Cut Pro going up to ver. 6. FCP introduces Open Format, allowing you to mix different formats on the timeline (which means all kinds of formats can be used together on the same timeline, where they had to be converted/transcoded to work together before). Apple also shows off (another) new video compression format, ProRes422.. which will enable 4K video !!
