How Do U Change The Xp Explorer To Look Like Os X

i recently just joined this website,which i find this website great and very helpful, at the moment i'm customizing xp to mac but i need help on how to make the windows xp explorer bar (section) to look like OS X

Buy an Object Desktop subscription from Stardock. $49 per year... well worth the $$$.

Then load ObjectBar and Windowblinds... that will get you started.
